To celebrate its 50th anniversary and yearbooks of international in general, the Netherlands Yearbook of International Law invited representatives of other yearbooks to contribute to its 50th volume under the theme ‘Yearbooks of International Law: History, Function and Future’ . Contributions to this volume were based on presentations given in the T.M.C. Asser Institute in the Hague, Netherlands, in September 2019.
The anniversary volume, which features also the Finnish Yearbook of International Law, came out as a diverse collection of viewpoints that shed light on the place and value of yearbooks in the international law publishing scene in the past, present and future.
